If I by a laptop that comes with a wifi card in it does that mean I don't have to pay anything else to use the internet? Once I turn on my laptop or put the wifi card in or something can I click on the internet icon and use it? Or do I have to pay something per month to get or keep the internet? Would the wifi card cost extra?

You can get it free if a neighbor near you has it and it's unsecured wireless.
