Can I use ATT wifi modem in Comcast Internet?
Hi, I used to have ATT connection, got wifi modem at the time of connection. Now I switched to Comcast. Can I setup wifi using ATT wifi modem replacing or some how connecting with Comecast router. Please suggest.

Well, if your ATT wifi modem was a DSL modem like the 2Wire, the answer is unfortunately no.
DSL modem/routers build the WAN input into the DSL modem line and the output of Comcast modem will be standard ethernet which simply will not communicate with the line input of a DSL modem/router.
IF the router had a separate modem then it would work with either using the external modem for the initial line conversion.
Sorry, it is one of the problems with combination modem/routers.. they only work for the type of line they were built to connect into.
DSL/CABLE routers (those with no modems) are built to connect to any ethernet outlet..
