I don't want to get a bunch of those usb adapter things. I want to add them on the inside.

You'll just need to purchase a PC Wi-Fi card and install it into your tower.
Linksys is pretty much the top of the line and can cost up to + depending on where you buy it. You can find them for as little as (but it won't be a Linksys).
If you want more detailed info on wi-fi cards, let me know.
Hope this helped!

Bluetooth will probably have to be via usb. But the wifi can be done via a card which slots in the back of your computer!!!

Bluetooth – Buy a USB bluetooth it won’t cost a lot
Wi-fi – Buy a PCI Wi-fi receiver.
