my friend has a msi wind netbook. accdng to the manual, Fn+F11 is the key combination to activating or deactivating the bluetooth, wifi, or both. but for my friends msi wind netbook, Fn+F11 only works for activating and deactivating the wifi. pls help me on how to solve this problem. thank you very much.

Check the bluetooth driver, might be the driver problem so the laptop can't recognize the bluetooth.
