Is it possible to create a Wifi hotspot using a Sierra Wireless air card?

Question by Chase: Is it possible to create a Wifi hotspot using a Sierra Wireless air card?
I I don't wanna know if it's possible to get wifi through it. You can. I want to know if there's a way to create a Wifi hotspot with it and maybe a modem or router, anything. It's the Sierra Wireless air card from AT&T.

If it is possible could you tell me how or direct me towards a video showing how to set it up? Thank you.
