Both Wifi & Bluetooth uses radio waves to transmit data, so is there any way to use either of them for transmitting FM signals to a standard radio or music player?
That way it would be possible to listen to music using the better audio output capabilities of the the player..without having to connect the PC with it.
In fact many devices allow of this function, for example, tranmit music to an empty radio frequency of your car audio..

No, but yes.
(But really no...)
To transmit FM signals to a radio or music player would require an FM broadcast signal, an FM radio station, within your computer. That does not exist.
However, there are devices out there, (Apple has one called Airport Express.) that allow you to broadcast music from your computer to their Airport Express unit using WiFi signals. You then connect the Airport Express to the AUX or EXT input on a player and music!
But, there is no FM transmitter available that I am aware of.
