Do you mean what location? Many hotels, coffee shops and such offer free wifi – check your library as well.
Do you mean you want wireless internet in your home? If so, then the cheapest is probably D-Link or Linksys. You’ll need a wireless router and a wireless adapter – maybe $50 if you shop around and you are ready to go!

if you want it for free i would go to places that have free WIFI like Star Bucks for example but I use a program called D link its availble at best buy.
