maybe it is possible to make a wifi antenna using a normal television antenna. isn't it?

The large difference is that a TV antenna is made for around 54 to about 700 Mhz at most, while Wi-Fi is 2.4 Ghz. A Wi-Fi antenna also transmits, so needs matched well.
You would have to be a sharp RF/antenna engineer to make a 2.4 Ghz antenna from a VHF/UHF TV antenna.

Every antenna is tuned to a specific RF range, or wavelength. They are not really compatible. It is possible… but not practical.
