Wifi modem?
My laptop has built-in wifi, but my fiance just got an older laptop and would like to use the wireless internet available at work. The wifi adapters at a store I looked at said you have to sync it to the router by pushing a button on the router. What can I buy to make his PC connect like mine, to whatever network is available?

You generally shouldn’t have to press a button to sync the adapter with a wireless capable router. You should just be able to install the packaged software, and use the utility in the software to connect to a wireless network.
