Apple iPhone 4 Reception Problems a Lesson in Antenna Design - Intelligence
Probably the thing that's changed the most is that people are allowed to operate radio transmitters without a license, which means, among other things, that you don't need to take and pass a test before you can use your WiFi router or your cell phone.

June 30th, 2010 - 21:35
@Drgoodwrench only a total nooblet would need a walk through on how to do this. Why are you wasting your time posting dumb ass comments , the guy already told you to google it. Fuck sakes if you google ” yagi antenna ” it pretty much leads you to a shit load of sources for everything you need. If you can’t figure that out I don’t think you can handdle how to set a thing like this up. So maybe you should go fuck off and change a set of brake pads or change some oil.
June 30th, 2010 - 22:06
Watched it for the third time, and again you didn’t say where you bought it from. All you said was “a local radio store”. That’s not enough to go on. Why put up a DIY video where the only thing you did was Buy something. Kinda defeats the purpose of DIY (Do It Yourself). You should have called it a BIY video. Buy It Yourself.
Again, you are a failure.
June 30th, 2010 - 22:46
@keepskatin lol I heard that! Keep it elite biatches I need my xbox live. I just orderd a yagi today it’s like 26 inches long and I’m on the third floor down town . I can’t wait to see how manny open lines I come up with.
June 30th, 2010 - 23:19
@DrGoodwrench64 just google yagi antenna its in the video and the title…
June 30th, 2010 - 23:27
Gee, such good info on this antenna… NOT! You bought it, you connected it to ??? And you failed to say where you bought it from, what the model number is or if you could even order it online. Of course you would have had to mention the name of the business you bought it from for that to work. You’re a complete failure!!! Thanx for wasting our time with your useless video.
June 30th, 2010 - 23:34
and that is why i block my connection
June 30th, 2010 - 23:46
It’s called a cantenna, as i can + antenna. Not cantieeenna. Also, the whole point of the thing is that you build your own. And even if you buy a prebuilt one (already defeating the point) then paying 50 bucks for it is F-CKING STUPID

@BBoyFleXx hawkens
July 1st, 2010 - 01:09
@jayandersons

July 1st, 2010 - 02:01

July 1st, 2010 - 02:38

July 1st, 2010 - 02:44
Noobs like me can’t afford the technology? Neither can you; mommy and daddy’s credit cards do.
July 1st, 2010 - 03:14
For example i use one of this yagi antennas to conenct to some random access point that is to far away for my normal small omni antenna .. i mean i have a hughe power to transmit data but can the access point send the data back with no problem ?..thx

July 1st, 2010 - 05:00
i don’t need to hack wifi you loser,my open networks are in abundance,i own you noob.i will always have losers like you paying my internet service.
July 1st, 2010 - 05:30
Firstly, airckrack uses bruteforce to attack WPA. So, if you are having a strong password, this attack would be infeasible, if you know this word of course. Secondly there are methods to crack WPA/WPA2 very fast, invented by two researchers from Japan. But don’t worry script kiddies like you (my guess
), without sufficient math and cryptography knowledge won’t have a chance to use it in the nearest future. So, keep watching YouTube “hacking” videos, and good luck being a script kiddie

2 Watts at 2.4 GHz and a small parabolic antenna would bounce a signal off the moon or send it thousands of miles into space!! I live in tall buidling so nothing is blocking me from taking your sissy wifi signal.Noobs like you can’t obtain or afford the technology i have.
July 1st, 2010 - 06:32
Can crack wpa2? And WPA, so what’s the way then? DD Bruteforce? Man, you are so funny
I like to read your comments, they keep me in the good mood
July 1st, 2010 - 07:14
Aircrack is one audit tool to hack wpa and wep,you little bitch.i rarely need to hack because of my long range wifi system,i always find open networks you noob.
July 1st, 2010 - 07:55
P.S. to all people who subscribe to internet please get 6 mbps download/512mbps upload or faster because i can’t have your sucky 3.0 speed lagging my xbox live.Get Verizon fiber optic internet speed,it has 50mbps download and 20mbps upload, only 125 dollars per month.
July 1st, 2010 - 08:26
all wifi can be cracked, also wpa is not the best encryption,wpa2 is the best, and it can be decoded to,but with so many open networks i don’t need to decode passwords….you ownage.
July 1st, 2010 - 09:13
you’re a good american keep your wifi open, and you better not have crappy dsl light, get dsl extreme,my xbox 360 needs extreme speed ok.
July 1st, 2010 - 09:17
You’ve done the research
D And u tell me that you can crack WPA ( I don’t consider dictionary attack as cracking WPA ). If, so tell me, that would be interesting news for me
July 1st, 2010 - 09:23
Didn’t boost my Xbox 360 strength (as far as I could tell). Had 3 bars to start, still had 3 bars out of 4. Did try aiming the WindSurfer at different angles but its probably because I have too much distance/walls between my 360 and router.
July 1st, 2010 - 09:51
how come on the other video the aluminum foil is on the front too? and I just made mine
PLZ RESPOND!
July 1st, 2010 - 10:18
This works great, I’m using it for years on client. I have scaled my template 2x, and get more gain. I also using ez-10 corner reflector for hot spot, it has wider angle and just -2db gain then ez-12.

@errorserver3000 How many users?
July 1st, 2010 - 21:58
@daspand LOL wow … mine is “Firmware Version: 1.32NA” so far I like it … but it’s only been 5 days … I had a Linksys WRT160N router and it died after 2 years … well i failed at 3rd party firmware upgrading LOOOOOOOOOOOOOL … too bad theres no third party support for the DIR-665
July 1st, 2010 - 22:21
@errorserver3000 I’ve had it for about 1.5 years I believe. The drivers are pretty crap and don’t let you revert back/downgrade to previous revisions.
However, there’s a firmware 1.33, still beta I believe, which supposedly is much better than the older ones, however, I read this from just one user’s perspective since not many have upgraded to it yet, henceforth i’ll take it with a grain of salt.
July 1st, 2010 - 23:19
@saffant seriously? how long did you have it for because today is probably my fifth day
July 1st, 2010 - 23:58
great! thanks!
